据《三角区商业杂志》报道，卡罗莱纳出版协会（Carolina Publishing and Associates）最近公布了2018年北卡最受欢迎的30个景点，排前十名的景点中，三角区占了一半。
罗利的北卡自然科学博物馆连续第五年成为游客最多的景点。2018年，该馆共接待游客1007,188人次，是榜单中唯一超过百万游客的景点。（位于阿什维尔的比尔特莫尔庄园不再提供访问人数，因此不在调查之列。）
