北卡三角地區華美協會﹝簡稱華協，The Triangle Area Chinese American Society (TACAS)﹞是一個非政治性、非營利的社團。本會創始於一九七九年九月二十二日。一九八三年五月正式立案成為免稅社團。華協在此四十多年的發展過程中不斷成熟、完善。華協的宗旨為提倡華美文化藝術交流、從事中華文化傳薪及語文教育及參與社區服務。

Program includes Lunar New Year culture introduction, dragon dance, lion dance, singing, folk dance, prize drawing and riddles. You will need to watch this event on 1/29/2022 to confirm the prize if your cell phone number is drawn. 2020 Chinese New Year Festival on February 1st has been cancelled
The TACAS Board has decided, in the spirit of caution, to cancel the Chinese New Year Festival on Feb. 1 at the NC State Fairgrounds, celebrating the Year of the Rat. We are respectful of potential health concerns expressed by performers, vendors, and members of the general public, and look forward to welcoming everyone back in 2021 when we celebrate the Year of the Ox on January 30, 2021. Ticket refunds for the 2020 festival should be requested from the original outlet of purchase and will be honored through February 15, 2020. Refunds will include only the ticket price and not transaction fees for electronic tickets. Thank you for your support and understanding. We wish you and your families a healthy, happy and prosperous Year of the Rat, and look forward to seeing you next year!

Come celebrate the TACAS 40th Anniversary with your family and friends with a luncheon at Goji Bistro (100 Maynard Crossing Ct., Cary, NC 27513) from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 9. Enjoy a special buffet menu including a variety of savory dishes, seafood, vegetarian options, dessert, and drinks for only $15/person for TACAS member/family and $30/person for non-TACAS member, tax and tips included.
