北卡州立大学亚太裔校友分会的正式成立，将为北卡州立大学数万亚太裔校友提供一个全新的联络平台，建立信任连接，分享学习工作经验，共享招聘和创业机会，相互促进，相互成就，建造一个日益强大的亚太裔校友网络。
黄海晖出任北卡州立大学校友会亚太裔校友分会首任董事长，郑尔康出任首任副董事长，江南出任首任秘书长。

Homecoming Chair(回校活动主席) ： Responsible for planning and executing AAPI Alumni Network events during Red and White Week and Homecoming Weekend.
Philanthropy Chair （慈善事业主席）： Serves as contact for NC State Day of Giving. Responsible for soliciting sponsors for AAPI Alumni Network events.
Communications Chair（通讯公关主席）： Responsible for promoting all AAPI Alumni Network programming and philanthropic efforts through social media, email and other communications outlets.
Social and Cultural Engagement Chair（文化交流主席） ： Responsible for planning and executing other social and cultural events throughout the year.
Young Alumni Chair （青年校友主席）： Responsible for planning and executing engagement opportunities that engage young alumni.
Alumni Mentor Program Chair （校友导师计划主席）： Serves as connection between campus and alumni. Identifies opportunities for partnership and programming.
Regional Network Chair （区域校友分会主席）： Responsible for engaging AAPI alumni in select networks with the highest concentration of AAPI alumni.
