Potherb mustard is an easy-to-grow cruciferous high-yielding vegetable that can be planted twice a year in spring and autumn. I planted it for the first time last fall. After four heavy snowfalls in winter, the hardy vegetable still thrives. In March of this year, I not only harvested fresh mustard to eat but also used it to easily make pickles. I planted it again in spring, and after more than a month, I harvested it again.
