工作职责：
1 接听客户来电，处理客户询问及服务要求。
2 及时响应所有leads平台的服务请求，在软件中合理安排工作。
3 及时跟进未当场成交的工作，促成成交。
4 根据客户要求或者工作需要，重新调整工作时间，并及时通知到各方。
5 协助Tech在软件中完成发票及估价。
6 回复客户review，维护好客户关系。
要求：
1 有条理，能很好地管理并发进行的多项任务，注重细节。
2 有较强的书面和口头沟通能力。
3 熟练操作计算机及软件。
4 有客户服务经验者优先考虑。
5 了解plumbing系统者优先考虑。
待遇：
底薪+提成

Happi Plumbing Corporation Team is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join us.
Candidate MUST BE Bilingual (English/ Mandarin).
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers to learn their problems and transcribe the information accurately and efficiently to technicians.
- Collaborate with customers and the plumbing team to provide appropriate arrival times and updates on service appointments.
- Prioritize and manage incoming service requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, technician assignments, and job details in system.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information about services, and address concerns professionally.
- Monitor and manage technician workloads to ensure efficient utilization of customer service.
- Follow up customers’ response to estimates and services.
- Support project coordination and assist in event planning as needed
- Monitor reviews at social medias and websites, maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Update news and featured projects to social media and leads platform.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, terminology, and common issues is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the plumbing industry is highly desirable.
