Growing High Yield Hardy Tat Choy in Spring and Fall in the U.S.
Share how I grow successful and delicious Tat Choy in the spring and fall in the United States. Tatsoi, also known as Tat Choy, can withstand low temperatures of -8-10°C when planted in fall. The dark green leaves are tender and delicious, especially after frost in winter. It harvests fast when sowing in spring. Tatsoi contains many vitamins and minerals and is known as a vitamin vegetable. It is very easy to grow Tat Choy in winter, no watering, no pests, just occasional fertilization. The organic fertilizer fermented with bean dregs contains more nitrogen, which is especially beneficial for its growth. It grows mature after one and half months of planting in spring. If you love fresh and healthy vegetables as much as I do, give it a try.
