I share how I successfully supplemented calcium through diet, healthy and safe! The blood test results of last year’s physical examination showed that I had calcium deficiency (8.5 mg/dL, the normal range is 8.7-10.4 mg/dL). I especially added high-calcium foods to my daily diet. The physical examination results one year later showed that the calcium content had increased to the normal 9.0 mg/dL.
